Production Cabinetry Engineer

This role is production-focused and technical in nature. You will be responsible for translating approved AutoCAD drawings into accurate, machine-ready files while collaborating closely with our senior engineer.

You will report directly to our head engineer and play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert approved AutoCAD drawings into precise, production-ready cabinetry files

  • Prepare CNC-ready files using Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or similar manufacturing software

  • Engineer smaller to mid-size elevations including vanities, closets, and wall units

  • Support senior engineer on complex custom millwork projects

  • Ensure production accuracy, material optimization, and workflow efficiency

  • Maintain strict quality control standards throughout file preparation


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 

  • 3–5 years of experience in cabinetry engineering or millwork production

  • Solid understanding of CNC-based manufacturing workflows (Homag experience preferred)

  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a production team

Preferred (Strong Asset)

  • Experience with Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision

  • Experience in high-end custom cabinetry manufacturing

  • Farsi (Persian) language ability

Formal education is not required. Hands-on experience, technical skill, and production knowledge are valued most.
