This role is production-focused and technical in nature. You will be responsible for translating approved AutoCAD drawings into accurate, machine-ready files while collaborating closely with our senior engineer.
You will report directly to our head engineer and play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Convert approved AutoCAD drawings into precise, production-ready cabinetry files
Prepare CNC-ready files using Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or similar manufacturing software
Engineer smaller to mid-size elevations including vanities, closets, and wall units
Support senior engineer on complex custom millwork projects
Ensure production accuracy, material optimization, and workflow efficiency
Maintain strict quality control standards throughout file preparation
Qualifications
Required
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
3–5 years of experience in cabinetry engineering or millwork production
Solid understanding of CNC-based manufacturing workflows (Homag experience preferred)
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a production team
Preferred (Strong Asset)
Experience with Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision
Experience in high-end custom cabinetry manufacturing
Farsi (Persian) language ability
Formal education is not required. Hands-on experience, technical skill, and production knowledge are valued most.
