Forma Fine Cabinetry was founded in Vaughan, Ontario with a straightforward idea: that the people who design your cabinetry should also be the ones who build it and install it. That every step should be handled in-house — from the first measurement to the final walkthrough — so there's never a gap between what was designed and what gets delivered.
Over fifteen years, that model has proven itself on hundreds of custom kitchen renovations, built-in cabinetry projects, and architectural millwork commissions across Toronto and the greater GTA. Our clients range from first-time homeowners renovating a small east-end kitchen to architects and interior designers who return to us project after project because they know the standard we work to.

We use premium plywood carcasses, solid wood components, and surface materials from proven suppliers including REHAU — whose global reference project series selected Forma as a featured partner case study in 2024. We are one of the few GTA cabinet shops equipped with REHAU LaserEdge hot-air bonding technology, which produces a seamless, moisture-resistant edge joint — particularly valuable near sinks, dishwashers, and high-traffic areas.

The People Behind Every Forma Project
Matt founded Forma Fine Cabinetry in Vaughan with the belief that custom cabinetry should be built by the same people who sold it — not manufactured elsewhere and assembled on-site. He oversees production standards and supplier relationships, and is directly involved in every project that comes through the shop.

Paris leads the design process for every Forma project — from on-site measurement and technical drawings through material selection and client presentations. She brings a deeply personal approach to each renovation, treating every space as her own. That commitment is evident in the Woodbridge project, where she navigated two opposing aesthetic visions within a single, cohesive kitchen — a result that has since welcomed guests travelling from Italy to see in person.
