Most cabinet companies design it here and build it somewhere else. Forma does not. We design, cut, and finish every kitchen cabinet at our Vaughan facility, and professionals install it on site. Because of that, there is no mystery about what materials went in, and no gap between what we promised and what arrives.
A kitchen is the most demanding room in a house. In addition to holding up under heat, moisture, and daily use for decades, it has to look right from every angle. It also has to fit the specific space you have, not a standard size adjusted to approximate fit. For that reason, we keep fabrication and design under one roof. When the same team handles both, the result fits better and lasts longer.

What is included
We start by understanding how the kitchen gets used. Cooking habits, storage priorities, appliance positions, and traffic flow all shape the design. The layout follows from that, not the other way around.
Upper cabinets, lower cabinets, islands, pantries, and appliance surrounds we fabricate in-house to your exact dimensions. Because we build to size, there are no stock sizes and no filler panels. Moreover, every piece fits the space it was designed for rather than being adjusted on site.
Door profiles, hardware, colour, and grain direction are chosen together. In addition, we carry a broad range of finishes and work around your material selections when you already have something in mind. For example, if you already know the countertop material, we select hardware and finishes that work with it rather than starting from scratch.
Refrigerators, dishwashers, and ovens can be panel-matched and folded into the cabinetry run so the whole wall reads as one piece. For that reason, the integration happens at the design stage rather than as an afterthought.
Drawer inserts, pull-out shelving, spice storage, and waste management we design into the cabinetry from the start. Because they go in during fabrication, they fit properly rather than adding them later. Similarly, pull-out waste bins and spice drawers sit flush when closed rather than sitting proud the way retrofit inserts often do.
Our installation team handles everything from delivery to final adjustment. As a result, one company is responsible from start to finish and there is no coordination gap between fabrication and the finished result. In contrast to working with separate trades, this approach means everyone on the job knows the cabinet and knows the space.
